If you choose to make use of this service, a driver will be there to meet and greet you upon arrival at the airport, and to guide you to a comfortable private vehicle, whisking you away safely and quickly to your chosen destination. This service is available 24 hours a day, provided sufficient notice is provided. Wherever possible, it will be one of the family who will meet you.

Because there can be no certainty about which exit gate you will emerge into the Arrivals area we have a specially designated MEETING AREA for guests of SANANWAN PALACE.

After you collect your luggage, there are 3 exits:

For international passengers we do not know from which door you will exit as it may be B or C. Both these exit areas may be very busy as passengers arrive.

We have selected this as a more convenient meeting point. It is between a book/newspaper stall and the less obvious AOT Information Counter.

Your driver, usually it will be either Mr.Bank or Mr.Bird, will be near door #3  with a sign with “Your Name” on it.
You may wish to print these directions and keep close to your passport for your arrival.

Usually 300 Thai Baht for 1 or 4  persons
A night time loading may be added for late night or early morning departures between 23:00 and 05:00.

Note: SANANWAN PALACE is only about 6 kms from the end of the airport runway in a direct line, however the route via road is about 18km because of the extensive internal airport road system. Under normal traffic conditions this take about 20 minutes, but can be longer during peak hour traffic.
